Musings on 2 Corinthians 5: 18
18. And all things are of God, who hath reconciled us to himself by Jesus Christ, and hath given to us the ministry of reconciliation;
God has reconciled us to himself by Jesus Christ.
God has given to us the ministry of reconciliation.
Within the Gospel message is a clarion call to be the embodiment of God to your world.

The fact that every saint has the ministry of reconciliation is as true as the fact of His having reconciled us to Himself by Jesus Christ.
Today, orthodoxy affirms that the Christian should ask around for the special few in full time ministry. He or she is unaware that eternal life has made the saint God's greatest witness.

God Himself, by the Lord Jesus Christ, has directly given to you the ministry of reconciliation.

This makes you are a minister - a full time minister for that matter.
I hope that you realise that contrary to tradition and unbelief, there are no part-timers?
He has made us able ministers of the spirit. All of us (That includes you).
Some are paid to be full time ministers and others are not.

Irrespective of whether you are paid or not, His claim upon you is sweet, steadfast and sure.

You are to witness to your world with power, the reality of His resurrection by His gift of a new spirit within you.

Wherever you find yourself, an opportunity will become available to present the good news.

Do not shy away. Present the Good news skilfully, using language that people understand, in an engaging way and by drawing upon the power for the miraculous by His gift within you.

You are a full time minister of the Gospel, the revelation of Jesus.
